Blueprints Card Box

Blueprints Hop Revised photo 0914Blueprints_bloghop_REV2_zps5bc7c2b8.jpg

I love the images in this collection and it is perfect for the my Stacked Book Box Project Components kit.  Kay made some beautiful versions of this shown here.  I started with the smallest box and had so much fun that I only finished one box for this hop.

My "Create" card box
  • Blueprints Stencil and Modeling Paste
  • Lindy's Stamp Gang Spray
  • Stamps from Blueprints and Time of Your Life
  • Clear and white embossing powder.
  • Blueprints papers, ribbon, charms, and washi tape
  • Martha Stewart Punch Geometric Frames
  • Gelli print and acetate

The 5 x 7 box is the perfect size for cards.  So I made eight cards with the blueprints papers and stamps using a few other items.
Cards 1 & 2
Cards 3 & 4
  • Metal Brads
  • Club Scrap Hybrid Ink
Cards 5 & 6
  • Blueprints ribbon
  • Club Scrap Hybrid Ink
  • Painting with Distress ink
  • Martha Stewart Punch Flourish Lace
  • Metal Brad and staples
Cards 7 & 8 Closed

  • Score 5 1/2 x 12 Green at 3 3/4 and 7 3/4 for bi-fold card
  • Time of Your Life Stencil
  • Blueprints ribbon
  • Club Scrap Hybrid Ink
  • Painting with Distress ink
  • Martha Stewart Punch Flourish Lace
  • Metal Brad and staples

  • Cards 7 & 8 Open

    3. Debby, this is wonderful. My favorite detail in the card box is how you wrapped the metal embellishment around the lid to create the closure. WOW!
And the cards are all delightful! Thanks for sharing.
